The City of Kechi provides water, sewer, gas, trash and recycling services.
Please contact City Hall to set up new services. A completed Kechi Utilities Application, a refundable deposit ($200 for gas and $100 for water), and driver's license (or state issued picture id) are required.
Bills for residents with gas, sewer, water, trash and recycling are mailed on or about the 22nd of each month with payment due on the 10th of the following month. For residents with trash and recycling and no other City services, bills will be sent quarterly on the 5th of March, June, September and December with payment due on the 20th of the month.
Residents may choose to pay with cash, check or credit/debit cards. If paying with debit or credit cards, there is an additional $3.65 processing fee, and if paying with electronic check, the processing fee is $1.50. Payments can be made online, by mail, placed in the utility payment drop box in City Hall parking lot, in person at City Hall or by phone (the same processing fees as above still apply). You can also sign up for automatic bill pay by filling out an automatic bill pay agreement.
Payments made after the due date will be assessed a 10% penalty.

Sprinkler systems connected to public water supply are required to have backflow devices. Backflow devices are required to be tested annually by a technician licensed in Kechi, and reports submitted to the City.
